1.POE 3.3 Builds For Cyclone Champion, Strong League Starter

Pros:
+ Quick Clearspeed
+ Substantial Dps
+ Tanky
+ Very good sustain
+ Budget-friendly Starter Gear
+ Fun & easy playstyle
+ Sturdy League Starter
+ Immune to nearly everything
+ a speaking sword 🙂

Cons:
– DoT effect of Her Embrace
– cannot do reflection maps without setup adjustment
– no regeneration / lower regeneration can be annoying

Leveling Guide:
Pretty Important! If you feel too weak at some point while leveling… go back to some safe area and farm some levels and gear before you move on!

The first decision you have to make: farm Oni-Goroshi directly at the start or buy it later. With Oni-Goroshi leveling will be really easy but the farm time is random between 6 – 22 hours. I leveled my char without it and felt “Unstoppable Hero” more or less carry us anyway.

When you level with Oni-Goroshi don’t take “Resolute Technique” because it will prevent you to ignite (no crits) enemies and proc Her Embrace.

With Oni-Goroshi you will need way more sustain to counter Her Embrace Debuff… get 2-3 life flask while leveling. Additionally, use two Quicksilver Flasks for rapid movement speed while leveling until you get your Whirling Blades setup going.

So if you just level with self-found weapons on the way… a cyclone DPS check Ingame should be enough to decide which weapons to use while leveling. Here a list all of the unique swords. With level 60 I would recommend buying Scaeva swords because they are really robust and cheap.

2.POE 3.3 Builds For Double Strike Vaal Double Strike Champion

With the changes to Vaal Double Strike in 3.3 giving almost double effects to the clones and with respectable damage from the normal gem itself, we can clear endgame content on a meager budget.

Pros:
+ Decent damage & clear speed.
+ Vaal clones melt the boss’s while you can sip tea.
+ Build is very cheap to start and get to end the game with.
+ Doesn’t require any specific unique at all, so quite SSF viable.

Cons:
– Pure melee builds so need to get up close and personal.
– Cannot do reflect maps. Every other mod is game.

Leveling Guide:
Leveling should be should be pretty easy considering we get to use all our 4 main damage gems before lvl 20.

I started with a straight up the double strike. Later added melee splash, then Maim & finally Melee Phys. This 4 link should get you to up to lvl 50.

Make sure you lvl up your Ancestral call gem with the rest too. You can also switch between Maim & Ancestral call for extra AOE.

With Skill Tree, we follow the 3-way pattern

Ascendancy:
– Worthy Foe
– Unstoppable Hero
– First to Strike, last to fall

Pantheon:
These can be switched according to the map mods/situation, but the ones that are activated most of the time for me are:
Major: Soul of Solaris
Minor: Soul of Tukohama

3.POE 3.3 Builds For Hipster Melee Elemental Hit Champion

Elemental Hit is a skill that only chooses ONE element for a single attack. Every hit applies a small AoE explosion that gets an 80% more radius buff when you have an elemental ailment active. This means, that if you have flat
– 100 Phys damage
– 100 fire damage
– 100 lightning damage
– 100 cold damage
and the skill chooses fire damage for its next hit, the skill will only do 100 fire damage. Other damage types will be ignored.

But all conversion takes place before the skill chooses an element. This means, when you are able to convert all damage to fire, you will do 100+100+100+100 = 400 damage during the fire hit, but no damage at all when the skill chooses lightning or cold damage.

With 3.3 GGG introduced the unique jewel Combat Focus that allows blocking one or two of the elements for your hits. This means we are able to force Elemental Hit to do ONLY fire damage with its hits.

When playing this build, you will combine those jewels with items that convert all of your damage to fire: 50% of your Phys damage, 100% of your cold damage and 90% of your lightning damage.

Since Elemental hit is always added as flat damage, you will use two really rapid weapons with substantial base crit damage, so we hit and crit a lot.

Pros:
+ Very good damage (far more than 1 million trash DPS with budget gear, 4+ million with great gear, 2 million shaper DPS with -10ex)
+ Quite fast (11+ attacks per second, rapidly movement)
+ Instant leech with Vaal Pact and additional one.000+ flat life leech per second
+ Hipster Skill (not much builds out there)
+ Cheap Build (6L, every other item -5C) but also huge potential for upgrades (Belly, Xophs Blood)
+ Quite easy to equip
+ Looks quite cool
+ You only have to switch one single gem for hard bosses
+ True melee! (although it has an inbuilt aoe mechanic)

Cons:
– Mana might be an issue in mid game
– You have to aim a little with your movement skill (no hit-one-button-blindly build)
– Not the safest build out there so probably not hardcore viable (though I died only a few times to my own mistakes)

Leveling Guide:
Since the build stretches from far left side to far right side, you should start early to move your way away from the Duelist starting area. I suggest you use this as a starter build and then just take whatever you need (more damage or more life).

At early stages, you can also start to level with a two-hand weapon and a skill like cleave or ground slam. In this case, you can use the two-handed passives instead of going around the wheels directly below Duelist.

Elemental Hit doesn’t start to shine quite early unless you have means of conversion, so just try to play whatever feels great for you. Sunder, Reave, Ice Crash, Earthquake are also fantastic choices.

Ascendancy:
– 20% more damage
– another 10% more damage
– 10% IAS
– 58% inc damage
– 100% chance to hit (enemies can’t evade)
– Stun immunity
– 1000 flat armour and evasion
– auto remove ailments and burning when you reach low life
– another 100% inc damage, 25% IAS, 10% Phys reduction when reaching low life

4.POE 3.3 Builds For Molten Strike The FireWood Tank Champion

The build remains unchanged in patch 3.3. If anything we have received a minor buff to damage by the way of the combustion support (previously chance to ignite) reducing enemy fire resistance by 19%.

So this build was first made in Abyss league using the molten strike as the main skill along with being tanky at the same time whilst also being on a modest budget. The build is currently being remade in Bestiary just to showcase that it was not the OPOP abyss jewels carrying it. The build utilizes the interactions between Greenwood Shank, Razor of the Seventh Sun, Eye of Innocence and Mokou’s embrace to obtain ridiculous life recovery and pretty good damage for the cost spent.

Pros:
+ Tanky with 15k+ armour, permanent fortify, other Champion bonuses
+ Quick recovery mechanics ( Life gain on ignite, leech, regeneration )
+ Most of the uniques used are pretty cheap (-5C each)
+ Great Uber lab farmer
+ Can do all map mods except Elemental reflect and no leech(no leech just because we can’t leach back mana)

Cons:
– Melee
– Not a league starter build cos the guardian uniques are expensive at the start of leagues
– The molten strike can cause huge FPS drops so its recommended to run on Dynamic resolution(you have been warned)

Ascendancy:
Champion
Normal Lab – Conqueror
Cruel Lab – Worthy Foe
Merciless Lab – Unstoppable Hero
Uber/Eternal Lab – Fortitude

Pantheon:
For the Major Pantheon power, go for Brine King initially until you can get Unstoppable hero since stuns are our biggest enemy more than anything else.

Once you’ve got Fortitude/Unstoppable hero, you can spec into any of the Major powers (based on the situation).
For Minor Pantheon power, Gruthkul is recommended as it is always at full efficacy since we are always hitting ourselves with the eye of innocence. So it ends up giving us a free 5% physical damage reduction as long as you’ve hit something recently.
If you’re not using Gruthkul, then you’re free to choose from any other Minor power based on the situation (Ryslatha, Yugul, Shakari etc.)
For Major pantheon upgrades, an upgraded Solaris power would help improve our resistance to crits. The rest of the major upgrades are not required.
For the Minor powers, Shakari should be upgraded (who doesn’t want poison immunity). The second priority is Ryslatha. The rest of the minor upgrades are not required.
